My wonderful hubby surprised me yet again with a weekend in Chicago for Valentine's day. Friday evening we went to dinner with my college roomies and stayed at the new Trump Tower Hotel. We even got upgraded to a suite for no reason! Saturday we spent the day shopping the "Magnificent Mile" and then met Tim & Teresa for the Jersey Boys broadway show. Even though I ruined my surprise ahead of time with my inability to relax when I don't know what's going on (I'm anal and have to make sure everything is taken care of - I can't help it!!)...it was a very fun weekend! A much needed weekend away...thank you, Cameron! A much better gift than the I HEART JEN boxers I got for Cameron! Thank you, Jackie, Alicia & Josh for meeting us for dinner! What a great Valentine's you had and how romantic.
I've been wanting to go to your kind of town to see Jersey Boys...was it great? I bet the music is superb...probably for me, because I can sing every song.
