Just in time for Halloween, Dane decided to put together his own little dance...the Zombie Walk! Too bad the "Thriller" video was made in the 80's because Dane is a natural at Zombie walkin'!! I still cannot believe that at 8 months old he is doing this! I've been warned by a couple relatives that their kids were walking at 9 and 10 months...I think we're in for the same thing! Also Dane has been motor boating for quite some time...it all began when we started feeding him baby food. If he didn't like what he was eating, he would motor boat it all over me and himself as if to say "this is dog food, why would you feed me this junk??" Thankfully, he really liked most of the things we fed him (except peas) and the motor boating didn't occur too often with food in his mouth. He has continued the motor boat habit, although not for any reason other than he seems to like doing it! I've included another Dane video for your viewing pleasure with this post...you will witness his zombie walkin' and motor boatin' for yourself!

I think he's either got the tow rope in his hand or he's on a jet ski... and it sure didn't take long for the walker to become a walker not a entertainment center! He's only had it since Tuesday later afternoon.
i love the video of dane playing with the dog! too cute! ok, so our babies don't sleep but i think we might have been blessed that neither of them walked until 13-14 months. can't believe he's doing that already! crazy!!!! go dane!
Brian walked at 9 mos, and well, you know how fast he moves. Good luck! Dane will be trailing him in no time. And, I have to be honest, seeing Dane walk, I found myself humming "its after midnight, and something evils lurking in the dark...." Hee. He's so dang CUTE!!
Parker and I enjoyed watching Dane's video! He especially loved the part where Dane was playing with the dog!
